Cancellation Policy
🗓️ Booking Policy All lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons are available as part of structured packages only – no single sessions. Once you book your first session, we’ll set the full schedule together based on your availability. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will count as a completed session and won’t be refunded or rescheduled. No-shows are also counted as a completed session. ⏳ Waitlist Policy If your preferred slot is taken, you can join the waitlist. You’ll be notified automatically if a spot opens up. Priority goes to current students already enrolled in a package.
